Auckland
Our base, and the majority of our installations. Retail, hospitality, corporate and property across the wider region.
Digital signage AucklandAuckland based, working nationwide. Everything from the first site visit to the engineer who comes back in year three is Be Screen, which is the arrangement we would want as a customer.
The honest version. Remote resolution covers most faults wherever the screen is; physical attendance does not, and we set the target by region rather than publishing one national number we would miss.
| Where | Remote response | On-site attendance | Spares |
|---|---|---|---|
| Auckland | Per your agreement | Usually next business day | Held locally |
| Hamilton, Tauranga | Per your agreement | Next business day, typically | Held in Auckland |
| Wellington | Per your agreement | Scheduled, or same week | Held in Auckland |
| Christchurch, Canterbury | Per your agreement | Scheduled visit | Held on site for managed networks |
| Other regions | Per your agreement | Agreed per site before you sign | Agreed per site |
In New Zealand the installation team is ours. That costs more than using whoever is cheapest in each town, and it is the single decision that most affects whether a network still works in year three.
The reason is that the person mounting the screen makes about twenty small decisions nobody writes down: where the cable enters, how the mount is packed out on an uneven wall, whether the player is reachable without taking the display off. An installer who has never seen the content, and will never be called back, makes those decisions to get finished. Ours make them knowing they are the ones returning.
For installation, travel is in the quote and you see it as a line. For ongoing support it depends on the service level and the location, and we agree it up front. We would rather set a realistic regional response target than promise a national one we cannot meet in Gore.
Yes. Central platform, central content, local publishing where you want it, and on-site support arranged by region. This is the shape most multi-site New Zealand networks end up in.
A first conversation costs you nothing and usually takes twenty minutes. Bring a photo of the wall and a rough idea of what you want it to do.
