Content strategy, graphic design, motion, video, menu and campaign design, data visualisation and templates your own team can safely update. Designed for a screen at six metres, not resized from a brochure.
Content studioNothing matches that. Try “menu”, “LED” or “wayfinding”.
We design the content, specify and supply the screens, run the software, install it on site and keep the whole network alive. From one display in a café to a thousand across a country — and one number to call when something goes dark.
9 screens · 6 locations · 1 network · all online
Most businesses already own screens. Very few get anything back from them, because the screen is the easy part — the content runs out, nobody owns the schedule, and when a display drops off the network there is no one whose job it is to notice. Be Screen takes all of it: the message, the hardware, the software, the install, and the part nobody enjoys, which is keeping it right for the next five years.
A screen is not a product, it is a job. Ours are named after the six jobs a screen is actually bought to do — and they are the six colours in the Be mark, because a business almost never needs only one of them. Pick one and watch it run.
Most screen projects fail in the gaps between suppliers — the installer who does not know what the content needs, the software nobody was trained on, the display specified for a room it was never measured in. These are the seven pieces of a screen network, and Be Screen is accountable for all seven.
Before anyone talks about screen sizes we work out what the screen is for, who is standing in front of it, how long they are there and what you want them to do next. That answer decides everything downstream.
Output: a screen plan you own — locations, purpose, content cadence and budget.
Every other supplier starts with a product list. Start with the outcome instead and the specification falls out of it — the solution, the screen, the platform, the content and how it gets deployed. Pick the one that sounds most like you.
Choose an objective above and we will put a specification on the table.
We do not sell one content management system and bend every project to fit it. We specify the platform that suits your network, licence it, configure it, integrate it, train your team on it and operate it for you. That is the difference between buying software and having a screen network that works, and it means we can be honest with you about what a platform can and cannot do.
Be Screen is not a reseller for a single content management system. We choose from the established enterprise signage platforms based on your network size, offline behaviour, security review, integrations and budget — and we will name the platform we are proposing, in writing, before you sign anything. You own your licences. If you ever leave us, the network keeps running.
This is where most digital signage quietly dies. The hardware goes in, the first content is loaded, and eighteen months later the same four slides are still playing to people who stopped looking a year ago. Content is a service here, not a one-off file — designed for a screen, in your brand, on a cadence that keeps it alive.
Content that is designed for screens — not resized for them.
We specify displays around your environment, not around a brand we happen to stock. Viewing distance sets the pixel pitch. Ambient light sets the brightness. Content sets the shape. Budget sets how much of it you do this year. We will tell you when a cheaper screen is the correct screen, and we will tell you when the one you asked for will fail in that room.
Seven stages, and you have the same point of contact through all of them. Nothing here is subcontracted away from our accountability — if a specialist does part of the work, they sit under our agreement and our service level, and you still sign one contract.
Output: a screen plan you own — locations, purpose, content cadence and budget.
Output: a content system — not a folder of files that ages badly.
Output: a specification you can put out to tender if you want to.
Output: a platform your team can use, and you continue to own.
Output: screens that are live, documented and supportable.
Output: a network that stays right, without you chasing it.
Output: evidence — so the network improves instead of just ageing.
A menu board and a factory production display are the same technology solving completely different problems, with different content rhythms, different failure consequences and different people responsible for them. These are the sectors we build for.
A screen network is not a project that finishes, it is a service that runs. This is the part competitors treat as an afterthought and customers discover the hard way — the day a display in the busiest store has been showing a black screen for three weeks and nobody told anyone.
One site, a handful of screens. You publish your own content; we keep the platform and the screens healthy.
Priced per screen, per month
Multiple screens or a few sites, with content that has to keep changing and a team who have other jobs.
Priced per screen, per month
A network across many sites, where consistency, permissions and uptime are the whole point.
Quoted on your network
You approve the message. We do everything else — strategy, content, publishing, monitoring, repairs and refresh.
Quoted on your network
We publish the shape of our plans, not a per-screen price, because the honest number depends on how many screens, how many sites, how often content changes and whether we hold spares for you. Ask and we will price your actual network.
Be Screen is part of Be Digital, and AI is not a badge we added to a signage business. It is how content gets made faster, how a thousand screens stay relevant to the place they are standing in, and how a small team manages a network that used to need a department. A person still approves what goes on your screens. That does not change.
The digital signage market is split into three businesses that each solve a third of your problem. A software platform sells you a licence and a login. An audiovisual installer mounts a screen and leaves. A creative agency makes beautiful content that nobody schedules. Be Screen sits deliberately in the middle of all three, and the reason is simple: the gaps between those suppliers are where screen projects die.
A first conversation costs you nothing and usually takes twenty minutes. Bring a photo of the wall and a rough idea of what you want it to do.
