Retail window and in-store
High-street and mall retail, where the window has to compete with daylight and the campaign changes monthly.
RetailWe are based in Auckland, so most of our installations are within an hour of the office. That matters more than it sounds: site surveys happen in person, installation dates are easier to move when your builder runs late, and when something fails we can be there.
Auckland humidity and salt air matter if you are near the coast, and they rule out some outdoor enclosures that would be fine inland. West-facing shopfronts on Ponsonby Road and Broadway get direct afternoon sun that will wash out a standard screen and shorten its life.
Older buildings in the central city frequently have less power available at the position you want the screen than the plan suggests, and heritage frontages can constrain what can be fixed to a facade. We check all of this during the site survey rather than discovering it on installation day.
Yes, nationwide. Auckland is where we are based and where response is fastest, but we run networks across New Zealand and travel for installation. Travel is a visible line in the quote rather than something absorbed and recovered elsewhere.
Routinely, and for retail and hospitality it is usually the only sensible option. Evening and weekend work is quoted up front rather than added later.
Most faults are fixed remotely within the response time in your agreement, without anyone travelling. For on-site attendance in the Auckland region we can usually be there the next business day, and same day for critical sites on the higher service levels.
A first conversation costs you nothing and usually takes twenty minutes. Bring a photo of the wall and a rough idea of what you want it to do.
