Managed screen services

Your screens are always on. So are we.

A screen network is not a project that finishes, it is a service that runs. This is the part competitors treat as an afterthought and customers discover the hard way, the day a display in the busiest store has been showing a black screen for three weeks and nobody told anyone.

Monitored
Service levels

Four levels, from one site to a national network

We publish what each level includes. We do not publish a per-screen price, because the honest number depends on your network - see below for why.

Start

Be Screen Start

One site, a handful of screens. You publish your own content; we keep the platform and the screens healthy.

  • Platform licensing & hosting
  • Screen monitoring & alerting
  • Software updates
  • Business-hours support

Priced per screen, per month

Business

Be Screen Business

Multiple screens or a few sites, with content that has to keep changing and a team who have other jobs.

  • Everything in Start
  • Monthly content updates by our studio
  • Scheduling & campaign management
  • Hardware fault management

Priced per screen, per month

Enterprise

Be Screen Enterprise

A network across many sites, where consistency, permissions and uptime are the whole point.

  • Everything in Business
  • Multi-site governance & user roles
  • Integrations & live data feeds
  • Named account manager & service reporting

Quoted on your network

Fully managed

Be Screen Managed

You approve the message. We do everything else — strategy, content, publishing, monitoring, repairs and refresh.

  • Everything in Enterprise
  • Content produced on an agreed cadence
  • On-site support & preventive maintenance
  • Hardware refresh planning

Quoted on your network

What is in every level of service

  • Proactive monitoring on every player, with alerting to us rather than to you
  • Platform licensing, hosting and software updates
  • A named point of contact who knows your network
  • Fault management through to repair or replacement, not just to a ticket being logged
  • A service report showing uptime by screen and by site
  • Your licences held in your name, so you can leave without losing the network

Why we publish the shape and not the price

We publish what each level of service includes, but not a per-screen price, and that is deliberate rather than evasive. The honest number depends on how many screens, across how many sites, how often the content changes, whether we hold spares for you, and how far an engineer has to travel when something fails.

A single advertised price would either be so high it puts off a small customer or so low that a national network gets a different number on the first call. Ask us and we will price your actual network, in writing, with the hardware, the licensing and the management as separate lines so you can see what each part costs.

Questions people actually ask

What is the minimum term?

Twelve months for the managed service, which matches how we plan content and spares. The hardware and installation are a project you own outright once paid for, so leaving the service does not mean losing your screens or your licences.

What is not included?

Accidental damage, vandalism and anything caused by a third party working on your site. New hardware, new sites and major content projects are quoted separately. We list exclusions explicitly in the agreement rather than leaving them to be discovered when you make a claim.

How fast do you respond?

Remote response is within the target in your agreement and covers most faults, because most faults are resolved without anyone travelling. On-site response depends on location, and we set realistic regional targets rather than publishing one national number we would miss outside the main centres.

Can we change level later?

Yes, in either direction. Networks usually start on a lower level during the first year while the content rhythm settles, then move up as more sites are added. Some move down once an internal team has taken on the publishing, and that is a perfectly good outcome.

Tell us about the space. We will tell you what belongs in it.

A first conversation costs you nothing and usually takes twenty minutes. Bring a photo of the wall and a rough idea of what you want it to do.

  • A written specification you can price against anyone
  • The platform we would run, named before you sign
  • Hardware and content costed separately, so you can see both
  • No obligation, and no pressure to buy screens you do not need
