Two practical local factors
Wind and seismic requirements affect mounting and structural sign-off more here than anywhere else we work, particularly for anything large or suspended. We involve an engineer earlier rather than later.

We are Auckland based and travel for installation and major work, with remote support covering the majority of faults. For a network with a genuine same-day on-site requirement we agree the arrangement explicitly rather than implying a local presence we do not have.
