Named, tagged and organised so somebody can find last winter's campaign without asking. Old assets archived rather than left to clutter the list.
Every signage platform demonstrates well. What separates them is what happens in month nine, when four people are publishing, two of them are new, and somebody needs to change one price across sixty screens without touching the other four hundred.
A platform configured by the person who bought it usually reflects how that person thinks about the business. Six months later they are not the one publishing, and the structure makes no sense to anyone else. Screens end up named after the person who installed them, groups are a flat list of ninety entries, and nobody can find anything.
We set the structure up front around how your organisation is actually shaped: sites, regions, formats, brands, whichever of those you genuinely manage by. Then the day-to-day work is picking a group and publishing, rather than remembering which eleven screens are the ones in the South Island.
We choose from the established enterprise signage platforms based on your network size, offline behaviour, integration needs, security review and budget, and we name the one we are proposing in writing before you sign anything. We are not a reseller for a single product, and we are not defending one vendor's margin.
Yes. Licences are held in your name. If you ever stop using us for management, the network keeps running and you keep control of it. We think a supplier who structures it the other way is telling you something about how they expect to keep the business.
Whichever you want, and you can change your mind. Some customers publish everything themselves and use us for the platform and the screens. Others approve a monthly plan and we do the work. Most end up somewhere between, with local teams publishing local content from templates and our studio doing the campaigns.
A first conversation costs you nothing and usually takes twenty minutes. Bring a photo of the wall and a rough idea of what you want it to do.
