What we will confirm before quoting
Who performs installation and on-site support in the specific cities involved, what the realistic response times are, how hardware is supplied and warranted locally, and what the network and data requirements mean for your systems.
If we cannot stand behind the answer to any of those, we will say so and decline that part of the scope. A supplier who quotes first and works out delivery afterwards is a supplier whose service level is decorative.

What we would not take on
A single-site installation in a city where we have no confirmed partner. The economics do not work for you, the response time would be poor, and you would be better served by a local supplier who can be there the same day.
We would rather tell you that on the first call than win the work and manage your expectations downward afterwards.

Do you have your own team in India?
Not our own installation team. We work with partners and confirm the arrangement per project. We are telling you this on the website rather than in a meeting because you would find out eventually and we would rather you heard it now.
Can you produce content for Indian-language screens?
Yes, with review by a native speaker before anything publishes. Machine translation alone is not something we will put on a customer-facing screen, in any language.
