Trans-Tasman networks, on one contract.

Design, content, platform and network management run from New Zealand. Installation and on-site support are delivered through accredited Australian partners working under our agreement and our service level, and we will tell you exactly who they are.

Australia

Why this arrangement rather than a claim of offices everywhere

Plenty of suppliers imply a presence in every city they list on a map. We would rather tell you the truth: the strategy, the content, the platform and the accountability are ours, and the person on the ladder in Melbourne works for a partner we have accredited, to our specification, under our contract.

For a customer this is usually better than it sounds. Central management means both countries get identical content standards and one set of reporting, and using established local installers means the engineer knows the building codes and the access rules in that state.

What stays with Be Screen

  • The screen plan, the specification and the content
  • Platform selection, configuration, integration and training
  • Monitoring, alerting and the service report
  • The service level, the contract and the accountability
  • The relationship, and a named person who knows the network

What a trans-Tasman network usually needs

The differences that actually cost money if nobody raises them before the quote.

One brand, two price lists

Australian and New Zealand pricing, tax display and promotional calendars differ. The platform handles this as site groups rather than as two separate networks, so a campaign is still built once.

Different public holidays

Dayparting and campaign calendars that assume one country get it wrong several times a year, and each state in Australia differs again. We build the calendar per region at setup.

Local electrical and access rules

Fixings, working at height and site induction requirements vary. The local installer knows them, which is most of why we use one.

Freight and lead time

Hardware for Australian sites is usually supplied locally rather than shipped from New Zealand. Quoted as a separate line so you can see it.

One invoice, in your currency

Australian projects are quoted and invoiced in Australian dollars, with anything exposed to exchange rates identified rather than buried in a single figure.

One reporting pack

Uptime and proof of play across both countries in one report, which is the main practical reason customers consolidate with us in the first place.

Questions people actually ask

Are your prices in Australian dollars?

We quote Australian projects in Australian dollars. Hardware, licensing and management are separate lines, and anything exposed to exchange rates is identified rather than buried in a single number.

What if a partner does not perform?

That is our problem, not yours. The partner sits under our service level and our agreement, so a missed response is our failure and we will remedy it, including changing partner if that is what it takes.

Which states can you cover?

The major metropolitan areas are well covered. For regional sites we confirm coverage before quoting rather than assuming, because a service level we cannot meet is worse than an honest gap in the map.

A first conversation costs you nothing and usually takes twenty minutes. Bring a photo of the wall and a rough idea of what you want it to do.

  • A written specification you can price against anyone
  • The platform we would run, named before you sign
  • Hardware and content costed separately, so you can see both
  • No obligation, and no pressure to buy screens you do not need
